What is your morning/regular caffeine regimen?

I have become a coffee worshipper. There is something about coffee that is just different, and so right. Sobe adrenaline rush, red bull, rockstar just seem sorta weak compared to this stuff. A long time ago I drank a lot of dr. pepper and mello yello on a regular basis.

I've been working my ass off recently, its just nice to stay awake... but sometimes what I really need to do is focus, and caffeine doesn't always help with that. Sleep is the answer obviously, but there is no time for sleep. none. okay, 4 or 5 hours per night.

Well this is more of a routine than a regimen, but to answer your question... at 7:20a I usually grab a small French Vanilla at the caltrain station for the ride to work (~1hr). French Vanilla is smooth and mellow enough that I can decide to either read or snooze my way there. When I get to work depending on whether or not the ride was restful, I usually fill a thermos with a really strong columbian blend and add a dash of cocoa. It gets me to lunch. Lunch I usually knock down a Dew, and then another Dew around 3p. That's typically the end of the caffeine and the beginning of the alcohol.

sleep? who needs sleep. Caffeine is the cure all gift of the gawds, if they existed. Tired, cranky, hung-over, it does a little something for everything. *winks* I live on French Vanilla coffee at school, though when I'm home I'm a Starbucks whore and will drink NOTHING but Iced Grande Caramel Macchiato's blended with whipcream, yes I go there a lot. =P

i'm not sure how i would function day to day without my daily dose of the all important substance caffeine. i usually ingest my daily caffeine regiment through the wonderful help of the local 7/11, a nice big gulp to quench my insatiable thirst, always hits the spot.

I have to be at work at 5 AM!!!
My morning usually starts off with a mnt dew for breakfast before I leave the house. Once at work, usually a can of flash power, red bull, or rockstar - whatever was on sale.

With lunch comes a ritualistic bottle of bawls.

That usually takes me to the end of my 10 hour shift at work.

Then when I get home its back to the mnt dew, til its time to crash and get those few hours of sleep before starting again.

As far as I know it is. It was as of Saturday. I've seen it on sale at harmon's before too. I'll try to keep everyone posted on when I find it on sale. Maybe I'll buy it by the case and bring it to meetings

how about intake i go through at least 3 redbulls and 2 yellow jackets a day to keep myself up through my 12 hours of class just to function ( the yellow jackets have 300mg of caffine each)

caramel macchiato? with whipped cream? for fucks sake! whats wrong with you?? that's not coffee. it doesn't even have enough caffine in it to qualify!

i am obviously a coffee purist. i take mine black, and i'm a BIG fan of the light roasts. like mexican. the lighter the roast, the higher the caffine content.

people who drink things like caramel macchiato's and call it coffee are losers and should be shot.

I drink my coffee black, I substitute water with jolt and I use pharmaceutical grade caffeine (powder) for the extra kick. I do this after I get to work; otherwise I shake too much on the freeway.
