Forced annexation is wrong

In Lexington, N.C. poor, elderly and or handicapped have fewer right than American would expect. Please let people know this is not the worst place in the world only third Siberia, Hell and the surface of the Sun.

I am in NC and my community is being annexed into the city of Lexington, NC, by force which is a legal violation of the constitution according to the John Locke foundation. We Protested but the city called us names like freeloaders and voted us in the city as of June of 09.
We were told we live in a republic and had no vote or say since at the time of the election of these demonic spirits we were not in the city and had no vote.It's called taxation without representation. So I assume NC is no longer part of the US. I ask that people keep that in mind if you move here you could lose your freedom and human rights.

I need good Christian fellowship as I am going to lose my home because I am retired and cannot pay double taxed on everything I own.
To me this is the most immoral attack on what was American soil since 9/11, only this is being done by the Lexington Taliban. We are now the Republic of Taxed to death.


The people who here are mostly most retired and or elderly, many are disabled some have kids or grand kids to care for. I have been saying to everyone, myself included, to sell and move but in this soft economy no one can sell plus there are houses not being annexed for sale less than 1/4 of a mile from us. Many do not want to move , half of these resident are struggling now to buy food medication and gas. We have lots of single parents with children who WILL suffer. I am retired and my budget is stressed due to unplanned gas prices plus heating cost and food is on the rise. The John Locke foundation says this law is unconstitutional. The city Mayor says the city has already hired the best legal minds in the nation to force us to live and pay taxes in his town. If I cannot sell my home by June I could lose it or seek chapter 13 and then may lose everything I own..

This seems interesting, I will take a look at your site when I am a bit more coherent. In the meantime I moved it to 'Random Discussion', since this is where it belongs. You posted it in general question regarding the site - which is completely wrong. No wonder why the people in Lexington want to assassinate you (I kid). Also I made you link active, so that more people will be inclined to check your story/site out.

I put my house on the market today Sept.15, and hope to get pay off with a 20 year investment lost.
My goal is to help others who cannot sell or take the 100,000 dollar loss on a 160,000 dollar home, this is tax value..

I love America but I would love it more if I was in the Holland. To sell at such a loss to save your credit is sad but better than for closure.
