Being the comp savvy folks, anyone know where I can get a distro of linux for a laptop with only 32MB RAM and a 400 celeron?

Debian or Slackware should run on that. There's also Vector Linux, Peanut linux and others. Here is a site with a list of linux distros.
http://www.distrowatch.com If you want a GUI, I'd go with icewm or fluxbox, or some other lightweight. Stay away from KDE and Gnome on that lappy. spacegecko
