lf they had fake ID's I don't see how they have a case unless the ID's are obvious fakes, the liquor store doesn't get in trouble for selling booze to underage girls with fake ID's unless its completely obvious they are under age and or the ID is an obvious fake, I just look at that entire situation as complete bullshit.
