A display of trust, lust, mixed with angel dust and it's Vegas or bust.
This week's late digiCam project has a few flicks that I snapped from two shows. The first show was Ian Moore which a friend and I caught at the Urban Lounge and the second was from the Aesop Rock show at Bricks. Sure they changed their name to the Venue, but it will always be Bricks to the rest of us. As for the graffiti project, I will get this week's installment up shortly, right now I just don't feel like it. Until then, stay strong.
I was talking with a co-worker today about suicide and if I ever decide to take that plunge there is only one really cool way to go about it. You need to get some strong but thin bailing wire, superglue and a chair or small step ladder. Then you need to find a nice place to hang yourself, preferably one with a bit of distance between the ground. Once the materials have been gathered and the spot has been located you make a noose out of the bailing wire. Then you attach it securely from the jump point and get up on the step ladder. Next you place your head through the noose, then you cover your hands generously with the glue. Now place your hands on the side of your head, wait for the glue to dry and then jump. If done right the end result will look like you killed yourself by tearing your own head off...

I could have sworn several years ago when Kevorkian was famous and not in jail that Springer or Geraldo or one of those guys found someone who had created some really stylish and artistic suicide devices and lined them all up on stage. The one I remember the most was this large wooden throne that was painted all black except for red and orange flames going up the side and it had a small window frame in front of the chair. There was a hole cut in the back of the chair about where your abdomen would be and a shotgun mounted behind the hole. On the frame in front was a large plastic catchback about belly high and hanging above the throne was a pulley trigger mechanism so you could pull the trigger and see your own guts get caught in the bag as they were blown through you. I wasnt able to find images for the contraption, and honestly I dont remember if you sat down or stood up, but I think I remembered all the funnest parts about the thing.
