I like to write thoughts down while they are fresh, this helps me cement them in to my thick cranium. If you read this and it makes sense - wonderful. If not, oh well - continue on with life, there are boobies below you fiend.

I take pictures to remember, I must now type to remember. My stomach has been in knots, my sleep habit awful and my smoking... dear god, I think I choked through three packs a day for the last little bit. I tried to call friends, I tried to talk, but I just couldn’t - I didn't know where to begin. But I pulled my head out of my ass and pestered my best friend to come hang out with me and they did. This resulted in an amazing night. I feel bad because I left a couple of good friends hanging - but I needed this communication that only they would understand. As a result I shall call them and explain myself later today. What I am getting at is this, to all of the people that know me, I am a little slow. There are certain aspects of life that I fully understand but for a lot of things I just have to be drop kicked in the skull to get them to register. So the talk I had with my friend was so much more than words, they were thoughts that actually got processed. They opened my eyes to simple things that I had so easily overlooked. It amazes me how weird we let situations feel, when really the only thing making them weird is you. When you look at the big picture and how trivial things turn in to cascading waterfalls of feces, it makes you feel like a dolt when you realize just how short life is (so enjoy it). Maybe you as the reader think that I am crazy, but ask yourself; have you got mad today? Did something stress you out, anything? Did you worry about something, not really knowing why you were worrying, it was just that "unknown"? Did something bum you out? Did you do anything but smile and not take in to account all that you have? Well if you said yes to any of those (and the list could go on), then you are just as fucked up. Life is about growing, learning and helping those that need it, not sitting around stale, fermenting and creating doom.

Kinda reminds me of a text message I got about a month ago from someone I have known for 10+ years. It basically said "I want to thank you for being such a good friend, it means a lot to me" It brought a tear to my eye and in a non gay way I just told him "I love you too man"

I was once on antidepressants for anxiety and panic attacks, I quickly weened myself off of those because I felt like a zombie on them and decided that my panic attacks where all mental and I could deal with them, ever since I have had a few moments but I learned how to deal with them and make them stop.

Life is what you make of it.
