I am sure that I am looked upon as an eccentric lunatic by some, but it is my gift and curse. The other day for instance I called someone I don't know a cunt. Is he a cunt? I don't know - I just know that I wanted to talk to this person and I had no way to get in touch with them, so I made a post and I used the thousands of eyes and ears that view this site daily as my network to insure that my message was received, which it was. I was contacted, we talked and we closed the issue, simple as that.

We have some more content planned, as stated before I am working on some new video to add to the site and Gil is working on getting some of the 2005 party photo archives up along with some stuff to keep you entertained. Until then here is the final set (NWS) of the Daily Stupid's / girls of hektik collaboration.

I remember when I used to use erowid as a nothing more than check list and over time I have began to loath drug and alcohol use. I am seeing too many good people lose their minds, it's like they are trying to commit suicide but they rather spend more money in doing so. I hate to distance myself from these people but I am also tired of going to funerals and dealing with the aftermath that leave behind. There is no problem with getting fucked up now and then, or partying so to say - if I said there was I would be a hypocrite, but the recent trends I am seeing amongst friends is just the opposite. I was sitting in my therapists office the other day (yes, you heard me right) and she said something which I find to be true. You become the friends that you surround yourself by. If you surround yourself by people that just want to get fucked up, and people that do not genuinely care about you - well that's what you become, worthless like them. If you surround yourself by people who authentically love you and who are moving forward on this doomed planet - then you take on those characteristics. I am lucky in the sense that I have a lot of good friends, friends that would help me out in any way possible and there doesn't have to be something in it for them. I am no guru on how to properly live and lead a prosperous, wonderful life but I will tell you this - I am happy. Well enough said. I will get back to working on shit and watch this movie I just got called Piece by Piece.

Have you found any of your copyrighted material on MySpace, well if so drop me a line and I will let you know how to weed through all of their bullshit and get in touch with who you need to talk to so that you can get it removed. Looks like the Katie want to be no longer has a webpage... damnit.

Yo man, I was just thinking about your post. You and I share a lot of friends, one in particular that I can think of that fits into your descripton of self-destruction quite well. You know who he is. It is sad to see those you care about and love head down the road of self-destruction. As you said, I think we all do t to a certain extent.

I don't want to turn this religious by any means, but I heard one of my Buddhist leaders talking a few months ago (more like a year ago now) and what he said hit me like a ton of bricks. He was talking about how he and his wife had nearly seperated due to the fact that she felt like he always "had to be right" no matter what. Most of the itme, he was, but he said something that really hit home once he had made a realization: Being right always doesn't mean necessarily being happy. So you sometimes have to ask yourself I think, what is more important, begin right, or being happy? It hink most of us would agree that beign happy is more important.

I know this is a little off topic, but your post reminded me of this.
