It's not so much religion, but the people that take it overboard. That's my opinion, anyway. However, there were a substantial number of people claiming that intelligent design was fact, yet completely ignored scientific methods thereof.

Faith has its place, and so does science. The only methods I question are the people that prayed to poseidon(GOD) when hurricane katrina hit. Religion is a scary thing when people put complete faith into something that has never been proven to exist. So I prefer to keep my GOD at a distance, was raised roman catholic, but I prefer the title deist

modding the box isnt illegal. Selling pirated games that were on the modded xbox.. thats illegal.

There are several countries in europe where courts have ruled that modifying ps2 consoles counts as criminal misuse, whether or not they are sold.
