Having to hire minorities or a certain sex so as not to discriminate... fine, not discriminating for something some one doesn't have a choice in... like being born black and with a cunt is acceptable... so long as that person is the best fit for the job. If a white male is more educated, more able, flat out smarter, a company should have the right to hire him over anyone else. You want a job? Get educated if you can, if not, McDonalds will take you. Black, Female, Lezbian? Can you write intelligent software? Fine, here's a paycheck. Problem is, they have to hire some retarded motherfucker just because they can't find an educated minority to meet the "quota"...

If a company wants to cut the costs incured by providing better benifits to the employees, then fuck the smokers, again, McDonalds could give a shit less, they don't provide benefits. It's not profitable. There are plenty of inteligent people that don't smoke that can do your job. Or you could stop smoking and keep that job. Don't give me the bullshit reasons for smoking, none of them are intelligent or necessary. This isn't about smoking though, this is about the ultimate ability for an entity, individual or group, to have the FREEDOM to make the smartest choices for themselves, end of story.
