CEO Thomas Chapman called the legislation unconstitutional and un-American because it cuts into profits that Equifax and two rival credit reporting agencies -- Experian and TransUnion -- earn from selling credit reports and monitoring services.

Ha! So it's unconstitutional and un-American because he's losing money? I think it's about time to let go of your mamma's apron strings Mr. Chapman. Nowhere in the constitution does it say that you are entitled to earn more money than someone else.
