Why we need a valid e-mail.

When signing up for our forums it asks for an e-mail. This is used for two reasons, first it sends out an e-mail to verify your account. Once you reply to that e-mail your account will then be activated, this helps to weed out forum spam bots. Second if you happen to forget your password there is an automated reset feature so that the forum can send you out a reset for your password immediately instead of having to wait for a lazy human.

We do not sell or furnish your e-mail out. We do not send out any e-mail to promote or sell anything. The only mail you should receive would be forum related. This includes but is not limited to signing up, resetting your password, private messages*, the board informing you that someone has replied to your post*, etc…
