I think that the wars are about who will be in heaven or hell. Ideally heaven should be a place where the pure and good go, hell the vengence seekers and war mongers. In my head they are two different worlds, much like society and its hidden/forbidden truths. Heaven couldn't vie for war, if it is a shelter for the good people it wouldn't acknowledge war. If, when, I think, blah. Nobody knows any more about religion than the next, philosophizing about it doesn't gather truth or launch yourself there, does it?
