Yes, all of the above and the "other". I bought the ticket and I fear the ride coming to an end, so by-god I keep pressing forward at an alarming rate. This helps to ignore fate. Plus withdraws are awful and substitutes to help ween you off one are worse than the original. Now if you would be kind enough to excuse me, I must wash this handful of pills down with a nice swig of rum.
